Meet the pride of the fleet - a magnificently restored  1966 Chevelle Pro-street - blown 502.

This car is FAST and a lot of fun to drive. We show the car 6 to 10 times a year, and she is a prize winner!

  • This pro-street is wicked and not for the weak-hearted.

  • Paint is Garnet Red Pearl Sikkens paint with clear coats.

Motor

 

 

  • GM 502 Mark V crate motor puts out 1025 raw horsepower

  • Dyno-tested horsepower at rear wheels: 847 hp @ 5900 rpm

  • Dyno-tested torque at rear wheels: 759 ft lbs. @ 5600 rpm

  • B & M polished 6-71 mega blower with 3" drive belt system

  • Heads ported and polished c/w screw-in 4130 studs and Teflon valve seals

  • Felpro head gaskets.

  • Work done by ABS Competition

  • Crane gold roller rockers

  • Crane hydraulic lifters & cam. Intake lift 569/exhaust 595. Advertised duration 294 intake/304 exhaust.

  • Cam button. Lunati valve springs.

  • Fluidampner

  • Moroso flex plate.

  • Edelbrock victor polished aluminum water pump

  • Tilton Super Starter

  • Moroso oil pan.

  • Griffin 4 core aluminum radiator c/w two electric fans.

  • Polished aluminum: valve covers/breathers, blower pulleys, blower scoop, remote power steering system with serpentine belt, pulleys and billet reservoirs. Braided hoses.

 

Fuel System

  • 2-750 Holley carbs custom built for blower application. Flowed to 930 cfm.
    Custom painted to match color of car.

  • Chromed fuel bowls and liquid gauges.

  • 16 gallon custom aluminum fuel cell c/w sender and safety foam.

  • Barry Grant hot rod 220 gph fuel pump & regulator.

  • Aluminum fuel log

  • Custom stainless steel carb lines. Braided hose.

 

Suspension/Brakes/Exhaust

 

Frame/Suspension

  • S&W race cars welded 2" x 3" mandrel bent rear frame assembly c/w 32" adjustable ladder bars, panhard, adjustable lower shock mounts and Koni coil-overs.

  • 8 point roll cage, Alston swing-out side bar-drivers side.

  • Steel wheel tubs.

  • All new steering components.

  • Wilwood heavy duty pro disc brakes with emergency brake calipers.

  Drivetrain:

  • B & M race turbo 400 c/w street fighter converter, anti balloon plate & trans cooler.

  • Narrowed Ford 9" custom painted to car. Mark Williams 35-spline spool and hi-torque axles with screw-in wheel studs.

  • 4.33 Richmond 8620 gears.

  • Bear performance steel driveshaft with Spicer u-joints, Moroso girdles and driveshaft support.

Exha us t:

  • Hooker super competition 2 1/8" headers with 3 1/2" collector. Ceramic coated silver.

  • 3 1/2" ceramic coated exhaust pipe in black.

  • Dynamax performance mufflers ceramic coated black.

 

Interior

 

 

 

  • All new interior: carpet, seat covers, door panels,

  • Headliner, dash pad, armrests, sun visors.

  • Everything in interior has been replaced or refurbished.

  • LeCarra leather steering wheel.

  • B & M pro stick shifter. Sits in original console!!!

  • Auto meter tach/gages.

  • Roll bar color matched to car, rear bars go through deck lid to allow original back seat to be retained.

  • Custom designed trunk area.

 

Exterior

  • Garnet red pearl Sikkens paint with clear coats.

  • New quarters.

  • All new window felts/door rubbers.

  • Bumpers rechromed. New grill.

  • 15x14 weld drag lites on rear with Mickey Thompson 19.5x33x15 sportsman pro's with tubs.

  • 15x4 welds on front with matching Mickey Thompson Sportsman pro's 26x7.5x15 (8 ply)
